We start off with a 8" base of high quality High Resilient foam, giving the mattress a solid base. Our Bayer® Ultracel™ U3000 Visco Elastic Memory Foam gently cradles your body.  It is formulated to be temperature-sensitive, detecting your exact weight and body shape as gravity draws you into the bed.  This state-of-the-art foam is ideally suited to reduce pressure points and promote sound sleep without the interruptions caused by tossing and turning.

HR (High Resiliency) foam is Bayer® Ultracel™ U3000 a premium, high density polyurethane which outperforms standard foam products in consistency, quality and shape-conforming comfort.   Bedding made with HR foam generates the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction.  When compared to lesser-density foams, high-density HR foam senses and responds to pressure from the head, scapular, sacral and heel regions.  Memory Foam Mattresses made with premium HR foam provide superior and long-lasting comfort that excellent bedding demands while reducing the opportunity for permanent body impressions.

An adult loses on average a quarter of a liter of body moisture every night. This release of moisture causes a uncomfortably-moist feeling and stimulates the production of perspiration, which, in turn, disrupts deep, restful sleep. We have our Cool Comfort engineered mattresses with CoolMax® fabric to eliminate moisture-related discomfort. Our Cool Comfort   Memory Foam Mattresses also prevent the formation of stains. Made by Dupont®, CoolMax® fabric is highly permeable by air and has a high heat-regulating capacity, which makes it an ideal mattress fabric. It is a fiber with unique, fast drying properties that has proven advantages with professional sportswear companies such as The Gap and NIKE.

The hexagonal structure of the fibers ensures that any moisture released during sleep is immediately carried to the external surface of the fabric where it soon evaporates. Perspiration is reduced, and the body remains dry and comfortable.

CoolMax with Visco-elastic Memory Foam. It is pressure relieving, temperature sensitive foam that molds to the body to provided both comfort and support to those who suffer from poor sleep. A key feature to the CoolMax Visco Memory Foam is its temperature transfer from the user's body heat into the foam. The material becomes soft and begins to mold around the body. Memory Foam is a naturally conforming foam that uses one's body heat to ensure exact conformity.

Moisture control tests have shown our Cool Comfort  mattresses with Cool Max fabric dries considerably faster than other more absorbent fabrics. Whereas cotton still contained 50% of its moisture after 30 minutes, CoolMax was completely dry.

The CoolMax stain barrier is not laminated, treated with chemicals or electro statically charged, so it keeps these moisture-regulating properties intact through years of normal use.
