Custom Size Memory Foam Mattresses

All Memory Foam Mattress now offers Custom Made Memory Foam Mattresses for our Customers. Whether you need an RV Mattress, Boat Mattress, Hospital Bed Mattress, a Mattress for your Truck, or want a Round Mattress we can have it made just for you. 

With Memory Foam we can cut and cover any size mattress our customer needs and do it a competitive price. Our manufacturer has the machinery and know how to make you a custom made Memory Foam Mattress.  This can't be accomplished with a inner spring mattress as the spring systems can't be changed to adjust to various size custom mattresses.  All of our Memory Foam Mattresses are made in the USA, which allows us to offer a custom size mattress. Imported mattresses are basically cookie cutter mattresses with only standard sizes available. 

What we need from you is the width, length, and thickness of the mattress. Your custom mattress can 2", 3", or 4" of either 4lb density Memory Foam or 5lb density Memory Foam. Your mattress will contain Bayer® SoftCel™ Memory Foam and the foam base will be made from Bayer® UltraCel™ High Density Foam.  We will cover your new mattress with our MicroLux fabric, which is soft to the touch. You tell us what you need and we will get a quote for you. Once your order is placed it will ship within 7-10 working days.  Unfortunately there will be no 60 day Comfort Guarantee as this is a custom order and no refunds will be given.  If your new custom memory foam mattress arrives damaged, please call us immediately and we will arrange to exchange it for a mattress with the same specifications.
