Q: Is your site secure?

A: Yes, we have 2 merchant accounts including PayPal the leader for online sales transactions. We are part of the Yahoo store group and use the safe and secure Yahoo platform. We accept all major credit cards.

Q:What is your return policy?

A: We have a 60 day money back Comfort Guarantee on all of our memory foam mattresses, and adjustable bed mattresses. Please read all about our Comfort Guarantee. If you are considering to return a mattress, please make sure it remains in like new condition. We will not refund the cost of any mattress which seems abused or is stained.

Memory foam pillows, memory foam mattress toppers, and mattress covers have a 30 day return period. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If you do decide to return a product to us, make sure to contact us for return authorization, complete return instructions, and the correct shipping address. Q:What are your shipping charges?

A: We have no shipping charges on any item within the 48 contiguous states. We are a Free Shipping site.

Q: What happens if my mattress arrives damaged?

A: If the box is damaged and you can see the mattress has a cut of hole in it, do not accept it. It will be sent back to us. E-mail us or call ASAP and we will get another mattress sent out to you. We don't need to wait for the damaged mattress to arrive. It's not fair to you the customer.

Q: What if the box is fine but the mattress is damaged?

A: If you accepted the delivery and find out the mattress is damaged e-mail or call us.We will get a new mattress on it's way to you and have the old mattress picked up.

Q:When can I expect my mattress to arrive?

A: In most cases you can expect your new mattress to arrive within 10 days.

Q:Are all of your products new?

A: Yes, we will never resell a returned mattress.

Q: Where are your memory foam products made?

A: All of our products are made right here in the USA. We will never sell a memory foam Mattress, memory foam Topper, or memory foam Pillow which was made overseas or overseas memory foam was used.

A: One word " Excellent" You can reach us by phone or by E-mail. We will respond in a timely manor.

Q:What happens once I place an order?

A: Once we have received a confirmed payment, you will receive a Thank You E-mail from us detailing your order. A second E-mail will be sent when your order ships. Memory foam Pillows, Memory Foam Mattress Toppers, & Mattress Covers ship within 2-3 business days via FedEx. Adjustable Beds can take between 1 & 2 weeks to ship. Tracking numbers are always provided.
