Return Policy: It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly
inspect the memory foam for any freight damage or manufacturer's defects and
report to us within 48 hours. Memory foam damaged in shipping will be exchanged
for another new item at no cost to the customer. Memory
Foam Mattresses must be returned within the 60 day comfort guarantee. There is no return Policy for a Custom Made Memory Foam Mattress.
Customer
must call us at 877-245-9946 to obtain a return authorization. Return shipping
is the customers responsibility.
Returned items must be in like new condition,
and free of any stains. Abused or stained memory foam mattresses, foundation, and memory foam mattress toppers, will not be accepted for credit. Customers will be charged a $99.00 restocking
fee on any returned mattress.
Memory foam mattress toppers must be returned within 30 days. A $30.00
restocking fee will be charged. Protect A Bed Mattress Protectors can only be returned for full credit if the pad is defective or if the box had not been opened and product removed. There
is no trial period for any pillow we sell, all sales are final due to health
reasons.
Cancellation: Customers who cancel or refuse delivery of
shipped mattresses, foundations, toppers, or pillows, will be charged for all
shipping costs and assessed a 10% restocking fee. Customers who cancel before
shipping will be charged 8 1/2% to cover credit card charges. Adjustable bed orders
can not be cancelled. Customers who refuse delivery of any adjustable bed will
be charged for all shipping and assessed a $400.00 restocking fee per unit. We can not cancel a sale or issue a refund for a Custom Made Memory Foam Mattress once the order has been placed with the Manufacturer.
Damaged Shipments Adjustable Beds: If your adjustable bed arrives in a
damaged box. Open the box before the driver leaves and if there is damage to the
adjustable bed refuse delivery. The driver will note the damage and return the
adjustable bed to us. Call us immediately so we know what the situation is and
can check with the shipper to confirm damage goods. At that point we will reship
a new replacement at no charge to you. As stated above adjustable beds orders
can not be cancelled, we will replace a damaged adjustable bed at our cost. No
refunds will be issued.
Warranty Mattress Returns
The purchase of your new specialty sleep product is quality-assured to be free
from defects in materials and workmanship.
Your warranty starts with the date of original purchase. The original purchase
receipt is required to demonstrate purchase date. This warranty provides you
with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights, which vary from
state to state
Body impressions on your new mattress are normal and indicate that the
cushioning layers are conforming to your body contours. Impressions up to 1.5
inches should be expected and are not a suggestion of structural failure.
Replacement or repair of your specialty sleep product will be done with exact
materials if available but we reserve the right to substitute with materials of
equal or higher value.
Mattress fabric is not covered under this warranty.
A quality bed frame is required for this warranty to be effective. A
center-support must be present under the Queen and King sets.
This warranty is provided to the original purchaser only and is not
transferable.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a product is found to be soiled or
unsanitary.
Transportation costs to and from our facility are the responsibility of the
consumer.
Please allow one-three weeks after the product is received into our facility.
